No. Steel Armor Mindset is educational and skills-based. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace clinical mental health treatment.
Will I have to talk about personal trauma?
No. Participants are not required to disclose personal experiences or relive traumatic events.

SAM is designed for law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, military veterans, command staff, and families.

Training focuses on practical skills related to mental readiness, emotional regulation, identity, boundaries, trigger response, resilience, and reintegration.

Yes. Training and educational programs can be tailored for agencies, departments, organizations, and leadership teams.

Yes. Home Front provides education and resources specifically for spouses, partners, and families of first responders and veterans.
What if I need counseling instead of training?
